Service Description
STRYK is an offensive tactics program for forwards and defense, built to turn female players into scoring threats. Athletes learn how to capitalize on opportunities—executing zone entries with speed, creating space, attacking seams, dominating the net front, tracking rebounds, and generating controlled chaos in the offensive zone. Every session combines decision-making, scanning, and small-details to build confidence, IQ, and creativity in the o-zone. Excludes May long weekend. 9 weeks.

Cancellation Policy
To confirm your player’s spot in most LCH programs, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit secures your place and cannot be transferred to another program, player, or session. If you wish to cancel your player’s registration, you must contact LCH at least 14 days prior to the start of the program to receive a refund of any remaining balance excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
