Service Description
Skating is the foundation of elite hockey, and StrideX is designed to give players the edge they need to excel. This program focuses on every critical aspect of skating — balance, edge work, acceleration, transitions, lateral movement, and efficient stride mechanics — to build confident, adaptable, and powerful skaters. Each session is crafted to develop fundamentals that carry forward as the game speeds up, helping players elevate their overall performance on the ice. 13 sessions.

Cancellation Policy
To confirm your player’s spot in most LCH programs, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit secures your place and cannot be transferred to another program, player, or session. If you wish to cancel your player’s registration, you must contact LCH at least 14 days prior to the start of the program to receive a refund of any remaining balance excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.
