Service Description

This high-performance defense clinic is designed for elite BCEHL, CSSHL, and PCEHL defenders, and forwards looking to elevate their defensive game. Sessions will focus on advanced edgework, lateral movement, shooting from the blue line, gap control, retrievals under pressure, clean transitions, and creating offense with confidence. A complete development environment for players aiming to impact the game at higher levels. Registering for this program does not guarantee you a spot. Only athletes who are accepted into the program will be contacted. We aim to bring together like-minded players with similar skill levels to ensure a competitive, focused training environment. The clinic will be broken into two groups based on age and skill level. Maximum 16 participants. Runs on holiday Monday’s.
